| This page informs you of your legal obligations
for CD production. In our continuing effort to support
anti-piracy efforts, CDman Disc Inc. has adopted
new ISO procedures. |
| CD-ROM |
| The standard or shapes order forms which you will
soon download contain a PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION sheet
that you must fill out. Instructions are included
on the form. Adult material or hate content can
not be produced under any circumstances. |
| Software even if it is shareware or freeware
must be checked with the author(s) to determine
if they allow copying of their programs. We will
not allow programs to be replicated if they are
under questionable authenticity. |
| You cannot place MS iExplorer , AOL or any
other common browsers (Netscape excluded) without
first obtaining browser distribution agreements.
Apple Quick time and other common utilities must
first be checked with the vendor to see if they
require distribution agreements. |
| Please include photocopies of all licenses and
agreements with your order forms to assist us in
verifying your mechanical licenses from all third
party software programs. |
| AUDIO |
| The order forms which you will soon download contain
an audio log sheet that includes the name of the
song, the song length in min. sec. and the artist
or band playing the song. This list should be in
the order that the songs are sequenced on the source
master. Secondly a PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION FORM is
included that must be filled out completely. Instructions
are included on the form. |
| IT IS ILLEGAL TO REPRODUCE MUSIC WHICH YOU
HAVE NOT SECURED MECHANICAL RIGHTS FOR. |
- · All compilations which include artists that
are signed to record labels (other than the
record company placing the order) must include
signed releases authorizing the band's song
to appear on your compilation.
- · All DJs who are sampling recognizable works
must first obtain mechanical licenses (see below)
- · Please include photocopies of all licenses
and agreements with your order forms to assist
us in verifying your mechanical licenses.

| To avoid possible delays in production DO NOT
attempt to re-produce "covers" or "lift" songs which
you did not record with out first obtaining a letter
authorizing you to do so from the publisher or a
mechanical rights organizations. |

Once you have your price quote and your ready
to go, consider your payment options payable to
CDman Disc Inc.
- · Certified cheques, money orders, direct
bank deposit (wire transfers). No personal checks.
DAM RECORDS requires full payment with your
order (Sorry no CODs).
- · Credit card payments: Once your order is
processed we will FAX you a final invoice amount
for you to sign and authorize credit card payment.
All credit card orders must ship to card holder
address. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST CREDIT CARD FORMS
BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED.

for production.

- CHECK YOUR EMAIL FREQUENTLY DURING PRODUCTION.
If you send materials, email or a FAX to us
and do not receive an email acknowledgement
you should call us at 323-290-9498 to verify
the receipt of your correspondence.
